曼大的HR专业分别开设在商学院和环发学院下面。

商学院里与HRM相关的专业有两个,分别是:

  1. International Human Resource Management and Comparative Industrial Relations 
  2. Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations

申请要求  

  • 无本科专业背景限制  
  • 平均分82以上
  • 雅思总分7.0,口语,写作单项不低于6.5,其它单项不低于6

专业特色  

这两个专业都得到了CIPD(英国特许人事发展协会)的认证,毕业之后,可以向CIPD申请成为专业会员。

International Human Resource Management and Comparative Industrial Relations更关注全球范围的HRM,而Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations则更关注单个国家内的HRM。
