一、卡迪夫大学
卡迪夫的人力资源专业其实算是全英比较好也比较良心的,课程设置非常细致偏重于研究实用化,从人员的挑选的前期准备开始到合理的激励员工,再到解聘和养老金的发放,还为学生提供分析掌握雇佣关系,人力资源管理,及组织理论的相关知识。
同时,分析介绍国际人力资源管理的发展趋势,这是国内所没有的。
卡迪夫的HR专业有CIPD(Chartered Institute of Personnel Development — 英国人事发展特许协会)认证,这玩意儿留英很有用,但回国然并卵。

但是要参加Practitioner Pathway,选修课程中一定要选择Industrial Relations,还有Training and Development和Gender and Equality at Work in Comparative Perspective中的一门课程。

- 要求本科专业是社会科学或是相关专业,或者是有相关工作或实习经验
