Q1：Should I continue to attend mylectures and other classes?
我是否应该照常上课？
A1：Yes, the University continues to operate normally at present We will bewriting shortly with details of how teaching could be delivered remotely, if wefind ourselves in a position where maintaining full campus delivery is notpossible.
是的，大学目前照常运行。如果情况进一步变化，不能在校园上进行正常的教学活动，届时大学将出台网课的方针。
Q2：As a student, can I engage with my studiesremotely?
作为学生，我可不可以进行远程学习？
A2：The University is remaining open as usual and classes are still running.We are not asking students to stay away. We will keep the situation underreview and if this position changes we will notify students.
Lecture capture will take place as usual, but, also as usual, otherlearning activities like seminars and labs will not be recorded. In all casesstudents get the maximum benefit by continuing to attend. We do not envisagechanging any assessment criteria.
大学还在照常营运。我们目前不建议学生离校，我们会对疫情保持高度关注，一旦情况有变会立即知会学生。
“讲座录影”还将如常进行，所有讲座可登录学生端口进行回放。其它教学活动例如研讨会以及实验将不会被录影。综合各种情况，大学认为学生通过继续随堂上课将会获得最佳学习效果，目前学校不考虑变更任何考核标准。
Q3：What is being done to minimise the risk ofinfection?
大学有哪些措施用以减低感染的风险？
A3：The University is constantly reviewing its domestic cleaning programmeas part of our Coronavirus response. We are also continuing to remind staff,students and visitors of the importance of maintaining good personal hygiene atall times, in line with Public Health England advice.
大学不断审核并提高清洁工作的程序和标准，作为我们针对冠状病毒应对措施的一部分。我们还将继续提醒员工，学生和访客，根据英国公共卫生署的建议，始终保持良好个人卫生的重要性。
Q4：Are any students in quarantine orself-isolating?
目前有学生在隔离或者自我隔离中吗？
A4：Weare not able to comment on individual cases. However, in line with PublicHealth England and NHS advice, anybody in the UK who has returned from thespecified countries in the last 14 days or since 19th February is asked toself-isolate. More info can be found at the Governmentwebsite.

Q5：I am an international student and I am being threatened and abused. Whatshould I do?

A5：We take all allegations of abuse and harassmentvery seriously. You can report the matter to the University via the Online Incident Reporting Portal, the Securityteam in Loughborough, at main reception atLoughborough University London or the Police. If you feel in immediate dangeryou should dial 999 and ask for the Police.

Q7：I have an underlying health condition – what should I do?
我本身有健康状况的问题——我该怎么做？
A7：Individuals who have an existing long term condition and are concernedabout coronavirus should continue to take their normal precautions and may wishto contact their GP. If people with long term conditions have concerns thatthey may have the coronavirus, they should telephone NHS 111 immediately.
本身具有慢性疾病，并担心感染冠状病毒的个体，应继续采取正常的预防措施，并及时联系GP。如果本身有疾病的人担心自己可能已经感染了冠状病毒，应立即致电111。
