澳洲的会计专业一直是留学生的最爱，不过对于在澳洲从事会计行业的：职业发展路线、行业薪资水平、工作内容等信息，你又知道多少呢？最近澳洲会计公司的网申也已经开始，和小一一起来了解了解吧~

在澳洲，会计行业的发展方向大致可以分为两大类：

就是我们通常说的会计师事务所，按照服务内容，Public Practice 又被分成两种类型：

① 四大 & second tier列表中的大型事务所。主要提供 Auditing & Assurance, Consulting, Deals, Enterprises, Private Clients and Tax 等服务。

② 中小型 Accounting Firm。主要提供bookkeeping，tax return，SMSF，business set up 等服务。

Public Practice 这一类在市场中开放的职位相对少，对于经验的要求更高，在就业初级进入的难度会大一些。 

也就是在企业或组织内部从事会计相关工作，市场上开放申请的会计工作有超过80%都属于这一类别，工作机会多，入门要求相对低，工作内容服务于一个公司。

在大型事务所&中小型事务所的会计职业路径。不同管理结构的企业可能会影响会计职业路径，一般晋升路线为：

Big 4 / Tier 2：Junior Accountant → Senior Accountant → Chief Accountant → Auditing and Assurance / Consulting / Tax / Enterprises

Small to Medium Accounting Firm：Graduate Accountant → Junior Accountant → Senior Accountant → Partner

Medium to large company：AR Officer / AP Officer / Payroll Officer → Assistant Accountant → Accountant → Financial Accountant → Management Accountant → Financial Controller → CFO

Small to Medium Company： Accounts Clerk / Officer → Assistant Accountant → Accountant → Senior Accountant → Financial Manager → Financial Controller / CFO

根据Hays发布的 2016年度各行业薪酬报告，供毕业后想要从事会计行业的同学参考：

薪资单位为 ,000 澳币。同时，薪资数据为税前，并不包含Superannuation或其他福利

一些初级会计职位并没有硬性的经验要求，即使市场上有些初级职位的招聘会要求申请人具备一定的经验，但在人力资源角度，很多初级职位并没有硬性的经验要求。

会计工作招聘常出现的技能硬性要求：根据澳洲最大求职网站Seek，对于会计行业的招聘要求总结 “most roles will prefer you to have experience using accounting software and spreadsheets”。

在公司招聘或内部升职以下职位的时候，大多会要求申请人已经完成或即将完成CA或CPA认证资质：

• Group Accountant

• Senior Accountant

• Financial Accountant

• Management Accountant

也就是说澳洲雇主希望应聘者，不需要公司付出太多在工作软件上的培训成本，对于会计行业的求职者，特别是应届毕业生来说，起码能够使用常用的会计工作软件（MYOB, Reckon Accounts, Xero, HandiTax）和处理数据的Excel电子表格。

会计行业新人可以参照作为一名 Financial Accountant 必备的软技能来有意识地提升自己：

• Good communication skills

• Good presentation skills

• Able to build rapport with clients

• Able to analyse and solve problems

• Good organizational skills

• Discretion while dealing with confidential information

• Professional and ethical

• Able to work as part of a team

虽然在不同领域的会计工作内容可能差别很大。但一般大多数工作的内容为：

• Analysing the revenue and expenditure of a business.

• Conducting financial investigations and audits, and preparing reports.

• Reporting to managers, directors or shareholders about the financial health of a business.

• Providing advice to businesses on taxation, mergers, purchases, insolvency and financing.

• Developing budget and accounting policies.

• Liaising with external auditors.

• Preparing profit and loss statements, monthly closing and cost accounting reports.

• Resolving accounting discrepancies.

通常会计工作者在周一至周五的工作日工作。但在比较繁忙的季节，比如财政年尾，为了在规定截止日期前完成更大的工作量，会计人员可能需要晚上或周末加班。

而这些工作内容，也是澳洲会计行业雇主在招聘中，最常提到的工作要求。
